Energy Certification is mandatory for all buildings. Since December 1st 2013, with the entry into force of Decree-Law 118/2013, this document is mandatory from the moment the property is advertised for sale and/or lease and, at the time of conclusion of the respective contract of purchase/sale, lease or rental.
It provides information about the measures of improvement of energy performance and thermal comfort, with economic viability, which the owner can implement to reduce their energy costs.
Checkhouse has resources to perform thermal projects, in accordance with the legislation in force, under the RCESE or RCCTE.
